The project provides 900 square meters of service floor area available for sale.
The floor area in question will be situated on the ground floor of Building No. 2 – putting it into use it projected for June 2011.
The service floor area available at the Complex is a perfect place for running a business. It can be used as beauty parlours, massage therapist’s offices, biological regeneration centres as well as saunas or Jacuzzis.
A combination of the two functions: apartments and services, especially sport-and recreation-oriented services, significantly increases the functional advantages of the facility.
